Course Objective

The objective of this course is to provide participants with a solid foundation of knowledge about professional sauna operations.
Focus areas include:
- Safety and hygiene
- Health-oriented sauna bathing
- Conducting sauna infusions and special infusions
The course prepares participants to take on responsible tasks in saunas, hotel wellness areas, fitness and leisure facilities, ensuring safe, competent, and service-oriented guest support.

All materials are available for download on the platform, including the complete Sauna Specialist training manual (131 pages).

Duration and Scope

The course consists of:
- 12 modules with 138 lessons
- approx. 25.5 hours of learning videos
- 469 files (worksheets, handouts, knowledge check questions, self-tests, and final MC tests)
Estimated study time: 120 to 150 hours.
